Default Undocumented URL prefix "awpath:" for URL commands

There is an undocumented feature where using an "awpath:" prefix for URLs used by URL commands will make a browser look for the file/path in the local path.

Here is an example:
activate url awpath:mypage.htm
If the local path is c:\activeworlds 4.2\localop then this will attempt to open c:\activeworlds 4.2\localop\mypage.htm in a web browser.

If the file does not exist then it will open http://<path> instead. In this case http://mypage.htm.

Note that it does not allow ".." in the path.
