THERE users get 6 free months from Activeworlds.
To help our friends from the THERE community AWI has decided to provided 6 free months of Citizenship to refugees from the THERE environment.

This is an AWI decision I can fully support. I copied it to my facebook. I'll cross my fingers and hope it makes its way to some THERE users. If they make it here, they will experience some culture shock, but hopefully we can all answer their questions and they will realize that Activeworlds has more creativity options, and nuts and bolts to play with, than any other virtual online environment.

By the way -- the way Digg works, the more 'diggs' an article gets, the more limelight it will get and the more chance of this reaching people who may be there users. You have to register, but it's free, takes five seconds, and it's a pretty cool site anyway. There users won't find it in our AW publications, but many are tech-savvy and may be regulars on sites like this.
5 diggs an announcement does not make.
