The Extreme Builder Talent Show III

Hi Everyone,

Welcome to our third Activeworlds Extreme Builder Talent Show.

The world "AWEBTS_3" is now open and people are signing up. Make sure you get in early if you want one of the plots close to Ground Zero.

As a reminder here are the main details of this event.

The semi-annual Extreme Builder Talent Show is about to begin. This year's event will run from Friday October 30 till Monday December 7. For early entry please e-mail tom@activeworlds.com. Further information will be posted in the AW Forums and the EBTS contest world.

1st Place: 2 Years of Active Worlds Citizenship and an AWI T-shirt signed by Activeworlds, Inc. staff.
2nd Place: 1 Year of Active Worlds Citizenship
3rd Place: 9 Months of Active Worlds Citizenship
4th Place: 6 Months of Active Worlds Citizenship
5th Place: 3 Months of Active Worlds Citizenship

All plots will be rated from 1 to 5 by AWI judges. Citizens receiving a score of 4 or 5 will receive V4 rights in the public building world of their choice.

The largest EBTS contest had 75 completed plots. If we have at least 80 completed plots this year all participants will receive 1 month of Active Worlds Citizenship for free.

There are now three ways you can join this great event. If I'm online, just ask me and I'll make you a plot at my earliest availability. If I'm not online both Citizens Baro and Digigurl are official recruiters for this event and they will take your name so a plot can be created as quickly as possible. In addition you can post in this thread and you can e-mail tom@activeworlds.com. So you have plenty of ways to enter and plenty of reasons to enter. I hope and expect to see you there!

Remember the theme is to build "EXTREME", but beyond that anything goes. Just don't violate any decency guidelines

Ok, we had a bit of rough start, but things are looking up again. With server issues resolved, hopefully for good, happy people are building once more.

You will notice that both the Halloween objects and the last object update for AW are not currently available for building. This was an oversite and is being addressed. Expect this issue repaired by Monday.

Remeber you can enter the contest many ways, but I do need your Citizen number. Rox, you changed your name so your plot is assigned, but I need your current Cit number as I don't have access to community records on the weekend.
