Can't connect to AlphaWorld

Just as the title says... I haven't been able to connect to Alphaworld at all in the past few weeks. I was at university all summer and had no issues, had no issues when I went home, and even didn't have any issues before classes started. But now any time I log in to Active Worlds I can successfully log in, and can successfully enter AWGate/AWTeen/any other world, but I get a "Waiting for server..." whenever trying to get into Alphaworld.

This is on a fresh AW install (and a fresh Windows install as well).

Check and report your IP to support@activeworlds.com maybe they can check if your IP is being firewall blocked by the server Alpha World is on best suggestion I can make
